Usage: Adults - take 1-2 full droppers sublingually (under the tongue) or mixed in a small amount of beverage x2/day to support respiratory health, soothe a sore throat, or alleviate a cough. Children - use the following formula to calculate the child’s (age 2-12) dose; (age in years) / (age + 12) = percentage of adult dose x1/day. Example for a 6 year old: 6 / (6 + 12) = 6/18 = 0.333 (1/3 or 33% the adult dose).
